Challanges

Neptune Aerotech Pvt. Ltd. faced numerous challenges in managing their UAV operations efficiently. Monitoring live UAV locations and real-time mission stats was complex, leading to delays in decision-making. Mission mapping lacked accuracy, affecting operational precision. Additionally, UAV health tracking and inventory management were manual and error-prone, resulting in increased downtime and inefficiencies. The absence of a centralized system hindered their ability to streamline fleet management and scale their operations effectively.
